Ball Bearing Gibs

SERIES GSP - BALL BEARING GIBS

Single plane, oblong Recirculating Ballrace gives thin silhouette with heavy duty strength. Unlike single axis roller bearings, multi-axis balls can roll freely in any direction.

Replaceable Ball Bearing Gibs are available for all TURNOMAT Linear Motion Bearing Assemblies. Series BUS and BUR Replaceable Gibs are available in sets of 4. Replacement Gibs are an economical means of rebuilding TURNOMAT Units.

CLEAN COMPACT DESIGN

Bearing Housings are precision machined from high grade steel or aluminum and finished all over. They are designed for rigidity and strength. Ball Bearing Gib bases are hardened and precision ground to provide smooth surface for free recirculation of ball bearings. Careful selection of materials, proper heat treatment and 100% inspection and testing insure a high quality of TURNOMAT Linear Bushing Assemblies. The TURNOMAT Series GSP can also be furnished with a Bronze or Turcite* pad in place of Recirculating Balls when operating conditions warrant.
