SERIES BP & HDBP BALL PLATES
TURNOMAT BP & HDBP Ball Plates offer the same
low profile, smooth starting, design of the Series GSP Replaceable
Gibs. Special Mounting Holes are provided to permit use as
transfer plates. A minimum of force quickly and easily overcomes
standing inertia and keeps it moving.
A variety of sizes, providing a
wide range of load capacities are available. The TURNOMAT
Series BP can also be furnished with a Bronze or Turcite* pad
in place of Recirculating Balls when operating conditions warrant.

CLEAN COMPACT DESIGN
Bearing Housings are precision machined
from high grade steel or aluminum and finished all over. They
are designed for rigidity and strength. Ball Bearing Gib bases
are hardened and precision ground to provide smooth surface for
free recirculation of ball bearings. Careful selection of materials,
proper heat treatment and 100% inspection and testing insure
a high quality of TURNOMAT Linear Bushing Assemblies.
