Terms and Conditions
of Sale:
All prices are F.O.B. Factory. The
terms are 30 days net. No returns or cancellations accepted without
consent. Rational calculations have been carried out to determine
the static and dynamic load ratings. The calculations and definitions
are theoretical and only analogous, where applicable to the standard
definitions and calculations of the bearing industry. Because
of this, the maximum load ratings contained in the Turnomat
Dimensional Data Sheet, for each product, are suggested only,
and cannot be warranted or guaranteed by the manufacturer. User
shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended
use and assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Defective material will be replaced without charge if promptly
returned within 30 days, but no liability is assumed beyond such
replacement. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied, including, specifically without
limiting the generality thereof, any implied warranty of merchantability,
fitness for purpose sold, description, quality and all other
obligations or liabilities of Turnomat. Purchase orders are accepted subject only
to these conditions despite conditions or statements to the contrary
contained in any purchase order.
Special Orders:
If special anti-friction linear
motion bearings or slides are required, please send complete
information, sketches, and dimensions to our Engineering Department.
Any order for a non-standard item may not be canceled without
our permission, and are not returnable.
Prices and Engineering
Changes:
Prices and engineering changes are
subject to change without notice. All other prices, dimensional
and engineering information in previous catalogs, bulletins,
price sheets or web pages, if different are hereby canceled.
Claims:
Claims for errors or shortages must
be reported immediately upon receipt of goods.
Quotations:
Quotations are for immediate acceptance.
Clerical or other inadvertent errors are subject to correction.
