SERIES BUS AND BUS-CA  Assembly

These are anti-friction Linear Motion Bushing Assemblies in a Square Cube Configuration, which slide freely over Square Shafts with unlimited linear travel. The units utilize four replaceable, preload adjustable, Ball Recirculating Gibs to provide absolute control on twist, shake and play. Mounting Holes are provided for ease of installation.

The exclusive precision adjustable Recirculating Ball Bearing Gibs allows the units eight oblong circuits of balls to wrap around the Square Shaft for complete control of the assembly.

The addition of Felts and Wipers offer maximum protection from dust and dirt contamination.

TURNOMAT units are versatile, provide long life, precision manufacturing, and a solution to most sliding problems. Also available with Bronze or Turcite* Replaceable Gib pads where contamination is a severe problem.
CLEAN COMPACT DESIGN

Bearing Housings are precision machined from high grade steel or aluminum and finished all over. They are designed for rigidity and strength. Ball Bearing Gib bases are hardened and precision ground to provide smooth surface for free recirculation of ball bearings. Careful selection of materials, proper heat treatment and 100% inspection and testing insure a high quality of TURNOMAT Linear Bushing Assemblies.

The BUS-CA is a Complete Assembly consisting of a Square Bushing with a standard length Shaft. Square Shaft sizes are 5/8", 1", 1 ½", 2", and 2 ½".
