The calculations and definitions are theoretical and only analogous,
where applicable, to the standard definitions and calculations
of the bearing industry. Because of this , the maximum load ratings
contained herein are suggested only, and cannot be warranted
or guaranteed by the manufacture. User shall determine the suitability
of the product for his intended use and assume all risk and liability
in connection therewith. Defective material will be replaced
without charge if promptly returned within 30 days after delivery,
but no liability is assumed beyond such replacement. This warranty
is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, express or
implied, including, specifically without limiting the generality
thereof, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for
purpose sold, description, quality and all other obligations
or liabilities of Turnomat

in this website shall supersede and take precedence over all
